Morrison Builders was founded by Jenny and Josh Morrison, who bring decades of combined experience in construction, design, and project management to every build. Jennifer's background in interior design gives us an uncommon eye for spatial flow and material quality, while Josh's hands-on craftsmanship means we can fabricate custom solutions when standard options fall short.
We're based in Windham, Maine, where we maintain a curated materials library—hand-selected tiles, hardware, and finishes that represent our standards for quality and character. Our team is intentionally small, which means you work directly with the people making decisions on your project, not a rotating cast of project managers.
We approach building differently than most. Our budgets are transparent and granular, so you always understand where your investment is going. Our communication systems keep everyone aligned, from architects to tradespeople. And our process is designed to catch problems before they become expensive mistakes.

As a young, driven team, we take on a limited number of projects each year so we can stay deeply involved in each one. Morrison Builders has deep roots in Maine—what began as RP Morrison years ago has been reimagined under new leadership, bringing fresh energy and a commitment to transparency, collaboration, and craftsmanship that endures.
